SYMEX SECURITY SERVICES was founded by Col. Rafael Y. Arcega (+), AFP, CSP, SYMEX - Asia, Inc. and established as a security corporation registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). in 22 November 1999. sCol. Arcega's extensive career spans 12 years of distinguished service in the ISAFP, Armed Forces of the Philippines and 13 years of notable tenure in Security Management with prestigious private sector companies, to include Rustan's, RAMITEX a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation, and the International School (IS) of Makati. His career culminated in dedicated service with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) as Senior Administrator for Security within the Government Liaison and Security Section of the Office of Administrative Services.
SYMEX SECURITY SERVICES, Incorporated (SSSI) is a corporation duly registered and licensed by the Philippine National Police to provide manpower security services nationwide under the professional guidance and stewardship of Colonel Rafael Y. Arcega (AFP-Retired).
